Via Neo FTP (File Transfer Protocol)

1. Access using FTP software (Cute FTP, Filezilla, Fetch,WS_FTP, etc.)

ARTWORK SPECIFICATIONS

Image Resolution: Minimum 150dpi at full size

COLOR MODE: CMYK

Fonts: Convert all fonts to outlines, or include all fonts.

Bleed: Not required

Supported File Formats: AI , EPS , TIFF , PDF (PC FORMAT)

Compressing Your Files:
Compressing your files can speed up transmission time and allow you to combine multiple files into
a single archive. We recommend compressing your files using PKZip (PC).  Files not set-up to the above specifications may incur delays or set up charges

Colour:
Both RGB and CMYK is accepted but RGB is preferred. If color matching is required, please provide us with the PMS color number or submit a hard copy color sample.
